3. Pricing and Payment

We must receive payment in full before any goods are dispatched.
Drip Pricing: The total price shown at checkout includes all mandatory charges. Delivery fees are clearly displayed before you finalise your order.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver goods within [3-5] working days. Unless otherwise agreed, all goods will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days.

5. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Condition of Items: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. If the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature (e.g., breaking seals or damaging retail packaging), we may significantly reduce your refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original method of payment.
We will refund the standard outbound delivery cost you paid when ordering (premium/express delivery upgrades are non-refundable).

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. However, we are not responsible for any indirect losses or loss of profit.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
