Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the items to us.

1. Condition of Items To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition.

  • Inspection: While the law allows you to inspect goods as you would in a physical shop, if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics (e.g., it shows signs of use or the packaging is unnecessarily damaged), we reserve the right to deduct a portion of your refund to cover its diminished value.
  • Exclusions: For health, hygiene, and copyright reasons, we cannot accept returns for [insert specific items like earrings, underwear, or sealed software] if the original seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

2. Return Shipping Costs Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • We will refund the full price of the goods plus the cost of our standard outbound delivery.
  • If you chose an expedited or premium delivery method, we will only refund the amount of our least expensive standard delivery option.

4. Faulty Goods If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. In these cases, we will cover the cost of the return and provide a full refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
